1-on-1 Athlete Execution Coaching

Install the System Behind Reliable Performance

1-on-1 coaching is built for athletes whose talent is ahead of their habits. We install the preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, and leadership system they need to execute consistently under pressure.

This is not motivation-based coaching. This is personalized system installation for athletes who want more consistency, confidence, ownership, and trust.

Who This Is For

For Athletes With Ability and a Gap to Close

This is for athletes who have talent but are not consistently operating at the standard their goals require.

  • They want more, but their habits do not always match it.
  • They lose confidence when results change.
  • They need more structure in preparation.
  • They struggle to reset after mistakes or poor performances.
  • They want to become more trusted by coaches and teammates.
  • They want to lead, but their daily standard needs to get stronger first.
If your goals are bigger than your habits, the standard has to change.

Built on the A1pha Execution System

The 5 Pillars Stay at the Center

Every coaching relationship is built around the five pillars of The A1pha Execution System. The athlete’s exact standards, tools, scorecards, and game-day preparation are personalized, but the system stays consistent.

01

Process

Build the daily and weekly structure behind preparation, routines, habits, and performance.

02

Accountability

Track the standard, review honestly, identify bottlenecks, and own the correction.

03

Mindset

Install tools for focus, controllables, pressure, adversity, and mistake reset.

04

Confidence

Build earned confidence through preparation, evidence, promises kept, and execution.

05

Leadership

Lead yourself first, serve others, communicate the standard, and raise the level around you.

How 1-on-1 Coaching Works

Two Phases. One Standard.

01

Phase 1: System Installation

We build the athlete’s execution system: daily and weekly standards, preparation routines, accountability structure, mindset tools, confidence evidence, game-day prep, and leadership standards.

This is where inconsistency starts getting named, tracked, challenged, and removed.

02

Phase 2: Reinforcement and Refinement

Once the system is installed, coaching shifts to pressure-tested refinement. We keep reviewing the scorecard, strengthening consistency, preparing for competition, and adjusting the system based on real practices, games, and life demands.

This is where the athlete starts trusting the standard more than the emotion of the moment.

Personalized Coaching

Tools Only Matter if They Get Installed.

Coaching connects the system to the athlete’s sport, schedule, role, pressure points, and standards.

Accountability Review Every session starts with the truth: what was done, what broke, what got in the way, and what changes next.
Teaching + Implementation Each session installs a tool, standard, mindset, review process, or performance routine the athlete can actually use.
Action Step The athlete leaves with a clear standard to attack before the next session.

What This Creates

Prepared. Accountable. Confident. Trusted.

Coaching is not built to make the athlete dependent on Dom. It is built to give the athlete a system they can carry into practice, competition, school, training, relationships, and leadership.

  • A stronger daily and weekly process.
  • Clear standards and better follow-through.
  • More honest reflection and correction.
  • Better response to pressure, mistakes, and bad games.
  • Confidence built through evidence, not emotion.
  • Leadership rooted in service and the standard they live.
Preparation creates confidence. Execution creates trust.

Competition Support

01

Before Competition

Lock in controllables, standards, visualization, role clarity, and confidence evidence before pressure hits.

02

After Competition

Review what happened, identify what the performance exposed, and recommit to the standard before one game turns into a spiral.

What Athletes and Parents Usually Ask

01 How long does coaching last?

All athletes begin with a minimum 6-month commitment. The system is built for long-term behavior change and sustainable performance habits, not short-term motivation.

02 Which level is best?

A1pha Standard is usually the best fit for most serious athletes because it includes the personalized workbook, scorecard, weekly review, reflection framework, and personalized game-day prep support.

03 Is coaching virtual or in person?

Coaching can be done virtually or in person depending on location, schedule, and program structure.

04 Do parents stay involved?

Depending on the athlete’s age and goals, parent communication may be included to reinforce structure and accountability without turning the parent into the daily coach.
