Athlete Results

Individual Transformations

A1pha Pack is built for athletes who have ability but need the system, standard, and response plan to turn that ability into more trusted execution.

01

Ryan Rudzinski

Ryan joined coaching with Dom shortly after walking on to Ohio State Football as a safety. At the time, he was primarily contributing as a practice player while working to earn trust, consistency, and a larger role within the program.

Through the structure, accountability, and preparation principles taught inside the A1pha Execution System, Ryan developed the habits and mindset required to elevate his performance in a highly competitive environment. He went on to contribute across multiple special teams units while continuing to grow inside Ohio State’s 2024 National Championship environment.

02

Jayvon “JJ” Johnson

JJ began working with Dom after previously being coached by him at Wheeling University Football. He always believed he was capable of more, but struggled to consistently translate his ability into high-level performance under pressure.

After committing to the A1pha Execution System, JJ developed greater composure, sharper focus under pressure, and a more structured approach to preparation. That season, he recorded his first career interception, earned a starting role, was named First Team All-AAL2 Linebacker, and helped contribute to an AAL2 Championship season.

03

Daniel “DJ” Johnson

DJ began coaching with Dom after serving as a backup during his rookie season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Entering a critical stage of his development, DJ focused on improving his preparation, confidence, and consistency through the A1pha Execution System.

After working with Dom, DJ earned his first professional start in the opening game of the 2025 season. During the same season, he faced injuries that temporarily sidelined him, but used the discipline, mindset, and execution habits built through the system to attack recovery and return stronger, ultimately contributing to a Grey Cup championship season.

What the Results Have in Common

The Result Is Different. The Standard Is Consistent.

A1pha Pack does not promise every athlete the same outcome. The work creates the system behind better preparation, stronger response, more confidence, and more reliable execution.

01

Better Preparation

Athletes and teams learn to build confidence through daily standards, repetition, and work they can trust.

02

More Accountability

The standard gets reviewed, owned, corrected, and reinforced instead of explained away.

03

Cleaner Pressure Response

Athletes build tools to return to controllables, reset after mistakes, and respond when adversity hits.

04

Stronger Confidence

Confidence becomes evidence from the work, not a feeling dependent on the last result.

05

More Leadership

Athletes learn to lead themselves first, serve teammates, communicate the standard, and raise the room.

06

More Trusted Execution

Coaches, teammates, and athletes build more trust when habits, response, and performance become more reliable.
