Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal, medical, or financial information through public website forms. If a form requests information about another person, such as an athlete or parent, submit only information you are authorized to share.
Information from service providers and other sources
We may receive information from organizations providing analytics, website functionality, or visitor-identification services. For example, RB2B and its data partners may connect website activity to business or contact information held by those providers, as explained below.
3. Information Collected Automatically and Cookies
When you visit the Website, Squarespace and other technologies used on the site may process information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, pages visited, links clicked, referral sources, dates and times of visits, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Cookies and comparable technologies help operate the Website, measure traffic and interactions, and support visitor identification and marketing. Some technologies are provided by third parties that process information under their own privacy policies.
Where required by applicable law, nonessential technologies must be handled according to appropriate consent or opt-out requirements. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but restricting them can affect some site functionality. See Your Privacy Choices below.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to better understand how visitors find and use the Website. Depending on our configuration and applicable privacy settings, Google Analytics may process device and browser information, page views, website interactions, approximate location, referral information, and online identifiers.
We use this information to evaluate website performance, understand which content is useful, and improve the experience for visitors and prospective clients. Google may process this information in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policies. You can learn more through Google's Privacy Policy.
5. RB2B Visitor Identification and Data Partners
We use RB2B visitor-identification technology to help us understand interest in A1pha Pack and identify potential business or coaching-related contacts. Depending on visitor location and available information, RB2B may associate certain website activity and online identifiers with contact or company-level information from its network and data partners. We may use information made available through this service for outreach and marketing.
The following disclosure is provided as recommended by RB2B:
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
RB2B's person-level visitor identification is described by its provider as US-focused, while company-level identification may include visitors from other countries. Information and choices for RB2B and Retention.com are described in RB2B's privacy choices.
6. How We Use Information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to questions, inquiries, applications, and requests.
- Review coaching needs and potential fit for A1pha Pack services.
- Receive and review Athlete Performance Diagnostic submissions.
- Communicate about services, resources, and opportunities that may be relevant to you, subject to applicable law and your choices.
- Analyze website use, improve content, and evaluate our business development efforts.
- Operate and protect the Website and investigate misuse or security concerns.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
7. How Information Is Shared
We may disclose information to service providers and other parties where appropriate for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Website hosting and functionality: Squarespace and technology providers supporting operation of the Website.
- Forms and assessment tools: Google when you access or submit the Google Forms-based Athlete Performance Diagnostic.
- Analytics: Google Analytics for measurement and reporting.
- Visitor identification and marketing: RB2B, Retention.com, and related data or technology partners involved in visitor identification and marketing activities.
- Legal and safety purposes: appropriate parties when disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our business or others.
Some disclosures of online identifiers or website activity to identity-resolution and marketing providers may be classified as a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. The applicable legal classification depends on the law, the processing activity, and whether that law applies to A1pha Pack. We do not characterize these practices as exempt from privacy law merely because payment is not exchanged.
8. Marketing and Follow-Up Communications
We may contact you in response to your inquiry, application, or diagnostic submission. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send information about A1pha Pack services, resources, events, and coaching opportunities using contact information provided directly by you or made available through third-party visitor-identification services.
You can ask us to stop promotional email communications by using any unsubscribe instructions included in those emails or by writing to coachclegg@a1phapack.com with your request. We may continue to send necessary messages concerning an existing service relationship, a request you made, or legal obligations.
Opting out of RB2B's database is different from asking A1pha Pack to stop emailing you. If you want both, use the RB2B opt-out link and contact us separately.
9. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, supporting business operations, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable legal requirements. Retention can vary by the type of information and the provider holding it.
We take steps intended to protect information in our care and rely on third-party providers for portions of our website and data systems. However, no internet transmission, service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your Privacy Choices
RB2B and Retention.com opt-out
Opt out of RB2B-related identification and advertising
Use Retention.com's opt-out page to submit an opt-out request concerning its database and related advertising activities. This does not automatically remove your information from A1pha Pack's own records or stop all other third-party tracking.
Direct communications
To stop promotional emails from A1pha Pack or ask about information you previously submitted, contact coachclegg@a1phapack.com. If needed, we may request information reasonably necessary to identify your records or verify a privacy request.
Cookies and analytics
You can adjust cookie settings through your browser and, where offered on the Website, through the site's cookie preference controls. Google also offers a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for supported browsers. Browser controls and opt-out tools may have different scopes and limitations.
International RB2B privacy request
If you are in a jurisdiction where additional data protection rights apply, RB2B provides a separate GDPR-related opt-out page. You may also contact us using the email address below for a request concerning information handled by A1pha Pack.
11. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, our activities, and whether the relevant privacy law applies to A1pha Pack, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising activities. Some rights have exceptions and require verification.
To ask about an applicable privacy right, email coachclegg@a1phapack.com and describe your request. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. For RB2B's separate data holdings, also use the provider's opt-out or privacy request process noted above.
12. Children's Privacy and Parent or Guardian Information
A1pha Pack works with athletes, including minors, and their parents or guardians. The Website's inquiry and assessment tools are not intended for independent submission of personal information by children under 13. If you are under 13, do not submit personal information through the Website. Please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
For athletes under 18, we encourage a parent or guardian to participate in relevant inquiries and forms. The Athlete Performance Diagnostic may request a parent or guardian's contact number when an athlete is under 18.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate authorization, contact coachclegg@a1phapack.com. We will review the concern and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
13. International Visitors
A1pha Pack operates from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, information collected through the Website and its service providers may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between jurisdictions.
Where privacy laws outside the United States apply to particular activities, additional requirements and individual rights may exist. You can contact us to ask about your information, and RB2B provides the international privacy option linked in the preceding section.
14. Third-Party Websites and Tools
The Website may link to or embed independently operated services, including Google Forms. When you use those services, their own privacy notices and terms may apply. We encourage you to review their policies before submitting information.
