BUILD THE SYSTEM YOUR TEAM REQUIRES.
A team can have talent, strong coaches, and clear goals without having consistent execution.
A1pha Pack helps athletic programs turn preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, and leadership into actions athletes can understand, practice, and reinforce together.
YOU CAN SET THE STANDARD. THE TEAM HAS TO LIVE IT.
Coaches already teach discipline, preparation, and leadership. The challenge is turning expectations into behaviors athletes consistently own without another reminder from the staff.
FIVE PILLARS. SHARED EXECUTION.
The same A1pha Execution System used in individual coaching becomes a framework that athletes and coaches can apply to preparation, follow-through, performance response, confidence, and leadership.
PROCESS
Turn team expectations into specific preparation routines and repeatable development actions.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Make commitments visible, review missed standards, and teach athletes to own the correction.
MINDSET
Use controllables and practical mental performance tools to respond to mistakes, role changes, and pressure.
CONFIDENCE
Build confidence through documented preparation, successful execution, and evidence the athlete can reference.
LEADERSHIP
Develop behaviors that show the standard, support teammates, communicate, and earn trust.
A1PHA TEAM INSTALLATION.
Five structured sessions that teach and apply the system to your team's preparation, mindset, accountability, confidence, and leadership. Each session gives athletes work to complete and coaches language to reinforce.
THE GAP & DIRECTION
Identify where team goals and current behaviors do not match. Set the starting standard and connect it to what athletes control.
PROCESS & PREPARATION
Build athlete-owned actions through practical tools such as A1pha Morning, A1pha Day, and team preparation expectations.
ACCOUNTABILITY & OWNERSHIP
Make follow-through visible. Teach honest review, coachability, teammate accountability, and correction after a missed standard.
MINDSET & CONFIDENCE
Practice pressure-response and mistake-response tools, visualization, controllables, and confidence grounded in preparation evidence.
LEADERSHIP & TRANSFER
Define leadership through actions. Establish the behaviors players and staff will reinforce after the installation sessions.
Session themes describe the core installation framework. Timing, examples, worksheets, and implementation emphasis are planned around the team's needs and schedule.
NOT JUST A MESSAGE. A SYSTEM FOR REPEATABLE EXECUTION.
ALIGN THE STAFF.
A coach strategy conversation and baseline inputs establish the team's gaps, priorities, and language before sessions begin.
TEACH. APPLY. PRACTICE.
Five interactive team sessions use practical exercises, athlete worksheets, commitments, and relevant competition examples.
MAKE IT REPEATABLE.
Coach reinforcement materials, progress review, and a team execution scorecard help the staff sustain the work.

THE STAFF SETS THE STANDARD. ATHLETES PROVE IT.
The goal is to leave the room with behaviors athletes can repeat and coaching language the staff can use in practice, meetings, competition, and reviews.
RIGHT SUPPORT. RIGHT TEAM NEED.
Team Installation is the primary recommendation when the goal is lasting behavior change. Other options can address a narrower need or extend the work.
TEAM RESET
A single session around a defined performance challenge, such as preparation, accountability, pressure response, or leadership.
BEST FOR: A TIMELY TEAM CHALLENGETEAM INSTALLATION
Five sessions to establish shared execution tools, player ownership, and staff reinforcement across the system.
BEST FOR: BUILDING REPEATABLE TEAM STANDARDSLEADERSHIP COUNCIL
Targeted development for captains, seniors, and emerging leaders who are responsible for carrying the standard.
BEST FOR: PLAYER-LED ACTION AND ACCOUNTABILITYPROGRAM PARTNERSHIP
Customized coaching and reinforcement across offseason work, preseason, competition periods, and leadership development.
BEST FOR: LONGER-TERM PROGRAM SUPPORTBISHOP WATTERSON FOOTBALL.
THE WORK HAS TO TRANSFER BEYOND THE ROOM.
Dom began working with Bishop Watterson Football in 2022. His work with the program has included instructional sessions, offseason development, and collaboration with the coaching staff on preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, leadership, and execution.
During games, or competition periods, he also helped reinforce the standards the program had established by observing and coaching player focus, composure, mindset, and leadership then sharing feedback with the staff as needed.
VIEW THE TEAM CASE STUDYThese achievements belong to Bishop Watterson's players, coaches, and program. A1pha Pack contributed athlete execution coaching but does not claim to have caused the results independently.
A SECOND COACHING VOICE. NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR STAFF.
WHAT A1PHA PACK BRINGS.
A structured teaching framework, practical execution and mental performance tools, athlete reflection, and reinforcement language that complements the existing program.
WHAT THE STAFF BRINGS.
Clear program expectations, honest feedback about the team's needs, participation in alignment, and consistent reinforcement after Dom leaves the room.
Best fit: programs willing to revisit standards in practices, meetings, individual conversations, and competition. A one-time talk can be useful, but it is not a substitute for implementation.
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING IN.
Clear scope, staff involvement, and follow-through matter more than a good session on its own.
How is Team Coaching different from a motivational speaker?
A talk can create awareness or reinforce a message. Team Installation goes further: five sessions built around athlete application, preparation actions, mindset and confidence tools, accountability, leadership, and staff reinforcement. If a single session is all the program needs, Team Reset is a separate option.
When should a team start?
Offseason, preseason, camps, and leadership-development periods generally allow the most time to implement the system. In-season support is possible when schedules and needs permit.
Do coaches need to participate?
Yes, staff alignment and reinforcement are important. The coaching complements the team's existing philosophy, and the program is responsible for using the language and actions between sessions.
Does the system work outside football?
Yes. The five pillars apply across sports. Exercises, language, competition examples, and implementation are adapted to the team. Football is the most developed current case study, not the only intended sport.
Is Team Installation always five sessions?
The defined core Team Installation is a five-session engagement. Programs with a narrower goal or longer-term need can discuss a Team Reset, Leadership Council, or customized Program Partnership.
How do we discuss the program and investment?
Start a team coaching conversation through the Apply page. We'll discuss sport, level, roster, coaching priorities, timing, and what the staff can reinforce. The appropriate scope and investment can then be proposed. No playing time, win totals, or championships are guaranteed.
YOUR TEAM'S GOALS NEED PROOF.
Tell us where your team is now, what needs to change, and which behaviors must carry into practice and competition. We'll determine whether a Team Installation or another engagement is the right fit.
