What You Need to Know Before Applying or Inquiring

A1pha Pack is built around a simple belief: talent is not enough. Athletes and teams need the preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, and leadership system required to execute consistently under pressure.

This page is designed to remove confusion before you apply for coaching, start a team strategy conversation, inquire about speaking, or take the Athlete Performance Diagnostic.

The goal is clarity on fit, expectations, and the right next step.

What A1pha Pack Is

Clear Answers About the Work

A1pha Pack is not generic motivation. It is a coaching system built around standards, preparation, accountability, confidence, leadership, and execution.

01

What is A1pha Pack?

A1pha Pack is an Athlete Execution Coaching company founded by Dom Clegg. It helps athletes and teams close the gap between potential and performance through the A1pha Execution System: Process, Accountability, Mindset, Confidence, and Leadership.

02

What is Athlete Execution Coaching?

Athlete Execution Coaching is coaching focused on the system behind reliable performance. It helps athletes build daily standards, prepare better, own their actions, respond under pressure, build confidence through the work, and lead themselves first.

03

Is this mental performance coaching?

Mental performance is part of the work, but A1pha Pack is broader than that. The system includes mindset tools, but it also includes daily process, accountability, confidence-building, leadership, preparation, and execution habits. The category is Athlete Execution Coaching.

04

How is this different from motivation?

Motivation can create energy. It does not create a reliable standard by itself. A1pha Pack is built to install structure, tools, accountability, and daily standards that athletes and teams can use after the emotional boost fades.

05

Is A1pha Pack only for football players?

No. Football is Dom’s background and one of the clearest applications of the system, but A1pha Pack is not football-only.

The A1pha Execution System applies across sports because every athlete needs preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, leadership, and pressure response. The examples and application are adjusted to the athlete, team, sport, level, and environment.

The short version: A1pha Pack helps talented athletes and teams build the system their talent requires.

1-on-1 Coaching

For Athletes Who Need a Stronger System

1-on-1 coaching is personalized around the athlete’s gap, sport, role, schedule, standards, mindset, confidence, and leadership needs.

01

Who is 1-on-1 coaching for?

It is for athletes who have ability but need stronger preparation, accountability, confidence, mindset, pressure response, leadership, or consistency. It is especially valuable for athletes who know they are capable of more but do not yet have the system to consistently produce it.

02

What happens in coaching?

Coaching starts by identifying the athlete’s gap. From there, Dom builds a personalized system around the athlete’s goals, schedule, sport, role, mindset, confidence, preparation, and leadership needs.

The work can include A1pha Day, A1pha Morning, pressure response tools, visualization, accountability, confidence-building, leadership, and weekly standards.

03

How long is the coaching commitment?

The standard 1-on-1 coaching commitment is 6 months. A1pha Pack is not built for quick fixes. Real behavior change requires repetition, review, correction, and reinforcement.

04

Is coaching virtual or in person?

Most 1-on-1 coaching can be delivered virtually. In-person work may be available depending on location, schedule, fit, and the type of support needed.

05

Do parents get involved?

For high school athletes, parents may be involved in the initial process and communication around logistics, fit, expectations, and support. The coaching itself is designed to help the athlete build ownership, accountability, and independence.

06

What does success look like?

Success is not the same for every athlete. The common signs are stronger daily standards, better preparation, more confidence through the work, cleaner response under pressure, higher accountability, improved leadership, and more trusted execution.

07

What if my athlete already has a trainer, private coach, or skills coach?

A1pha Pack does not replace sport training, strength training, skill development, position coaching, or technical work.

A1pha Pack supports the athlete by building the execution system behind the work: preparation, accountability, confidence, mindset, pressure response, leadership, and follow-through. The athlete still needs technical and physical development. A1pha Pack helps them become more consistent, prepared, and trusted in how they carry the work.

Team Coaching

For Programs That Want the Standard Installed

Team coaching is for programs that need shared language, stronger standards, player ownership, pressure response, confidence through preparation, and leadership that continues when coaches are not the only voice in the room.

01

What is A1pha Team Installation?

A1pha Team Installation is the core team coaching program. It is a five-session program built to install the A1pha Execution System into a team’s standards, preparation, accountability, pressure response, confidence, and leadership.

02

Is team coaching just a one-time speech?

No. A1pha Pack can deliver a one-time Team Reset session, but the core team offer is installation. A one-time message can create awareness. Installation creates language, repetition, coach reinforcement, and a better chance at behavior change.

03

When is the best time to bring Dom in?

The best time is usually offseason, preseason, spring, summer, camp, or a leadership development window. In-season work can happen, but full installation is usually harder because of time constraints and competitive demands.

04

Do coaches stay involved?

Yes. Coaches should be involved because the work has to be reinforced after Dom leaves the room. Team coaching works best when the staff wants the standard installed, repeated, and carried into the team environment.

05

Does this work for sports outside football?

Yes. Football is a natural fit because of Dom’s background, but the A1pha Execution System applies across sports. The examples, language, pressure points, and application can be adjusted for the team, sport, level, and competitive environment.

06

Can Leadership Council work be added?

Yes. Leadership Council can be a standalone service, an add-on to Team Installation, or part of a larger Program Partnership. It is built for captains, seniors, emerging leaders, and athletes who need to carry the standard.

Speaking Engagements

For Teams, Companies, Schools, Sales Groups, and Leadership Audiences

Speaking is the front door for audiences that need a direct message around standards, preparation, confidence, execution, pressure response, and leadership.

01

What does Dom speak on?

Dom speaks on standards, preparation, confidence, execution, pressure response, accountability, and leadership. Signature talks include Build the System Your Talent Requires, Preparation Creates Confidence. Execution Creates Trust., The Standard Does Not Negotiate, Pressure Exposes the System, and Lead Yourself First.

02

Who books Dom for speaking?

Athletic programs, schools, teams, coaches, companies, sales teams, leadership groups, retreats, and high-performance audiences that need a direct message around standards and execution.

03

Does Dom use slides?

Dom can use a minimal presentation when it supports the message, but he does not rely on slides. Keynotes are usually direct, practical, and message-driven. Workshops and longer sessions can include prompts, discussion, and application.

04

Can talks be customized?

Yes. The message can be customized based on the audience, event, goals, format, and desired outcome. The core stays the same: standards, preparation, confidence, leadership, pressure response, and execution.

05

Can speaking include a workshop or application component?

Yes. Speaking can be delivered as a keynote, workshop, breakout, team session, leadership session, or half-day experience.

Keynotes are usually more message-driven. Workshops and longer sessions can include reflection, discussion, and application so the audience leaves with a clearer standard or next action.

Athlete Performance Diagnostic

A Starting Point for Identifying the Gap

The Athlete Performance Diagnostic helps athletes identify where the gap may be showing up across preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, pressure response, and leadership.

01

What is the Athlete Performance Diagnostic?

The diagnostic is a self-assessment that helps athletes create awareness around the standards and behaviors behind performance. It looks at key areas like preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, pressure response, and leadership.

02

Is the diagnostic the same as coaching?

No. The diagnostic is an awareness tool. It helps identify where the gap may be showing up. Coaching is where the system gets built, reviewed, adjusted, and reinforced over time.

03

What do athletes do with their diagnostic score?

The score gives the athlete a starting point. It helps show whether the biggest need may be preparation, accountability, confidence, mindset, pressure response, or leadership. From there, the athlete can identify one standard to change or decide whether coaching support is needed.

04

Should athletes take the diagnostic before applying?

It can help. The diagnostic gives the athlete language for the gap before applying. But if the athlete, parent, or coach already knows the need is bigger than awareness, applying directly is the stronger move.

Pricing, Fit, and Next Steps

What to Know Before Starting the Conversation

A1pha Pack is selective because the work requires buy-in. Fit matters more than forcing someone into the wrong offer.

01

How much does A1pha Pack cost?

Pricing depends on the service, format, scope, travel, and level of support. 1-on-1 coaching, team coaching, speaking, Leadership Council work, and Program Partnerships are priced differently.

The best next step is to apply or inquire so Dom can understand the need and recommend the right fit.

02

Do you guarantee results?

A1pha Pack does not guarantee playing time, scholarships, contracts, championships, promotions, or specific outcomes. The work is designed to build the standards, preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, leadership, and execution habits that give athletes and teams a better chance to perform reliably.

03

Who is not a good fit?

A1pha Pack is not a good fit for athletes, parents, coaches, or programs looking for motivation without ownership, confidence without preparation, leadership without accountability, or results without attacking the work.

04

What happens after I apply?

Dom reviews the application and determines whether there appears to be a strong fit. If there is, the next step is a strategy conversation to understand the athlete, team, or organization’s goals, gaps, standards, and needs.

Athletes can start with the diagnostic or apply for coaching. Coaches can start with Team Coaching. Companies, schools, and event organizers can start with Speaking.
