About Dom Clegg

Built From the Gap He Had to Learn the Hard Way

Dom Clegg is the founder of A1pha Pack and an Athlete Execution Coach who helps talented athletes and teams close the gap between potential and performance.

A1pha Pack was built from a simple truth Dom learned through his own athletic journey: talent is not enough without the preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, and leadership system required to execute when pressure hits.

Former collegiate football player. Former college football coach. Performance coach. Speaker. Sales and execution professional.

Core Belief

Talent creates potential.
Systems create consistency.

Dom helps athletes build the system their talent requires so confidence, response, and execution are not left to chance.

The Origin

Dom Knows What Happens When Talent Is There but the System Is Missing

Dom had ability. He had goals. He had competitive drive. But like a lot of athletes, there were moments when the structure, confidence, and response plan behind the talent were not strong enough.

When pressure exposed the gap, he did not have the full system he needed to respond correctly, reset, prepare, and keep attacking the standard. That lesson became the foundation for A1pha Pack.

A1pha Pack was built to install the system before pressure exposes the gap.

Why A1pha Pack Exists

To Build the System Talent Requires

Most talented athletes do not need more people telling them they are talented. They need structure, accountability, preparation, mindset tools, confidence built through evidence, and leadership standards that match where they say they want to go.

01

Process

Build the daily and weekly structure behind preparation, habits, and performance.

02

Accountability

Create standards, ownership, review, correction, and follow-through.

03

Mindset

Install tools for focus, response, controllables, adversity, and pressure.

04

Confidence

Build earned confidence through preparation, evidence, repetition, and execution.

05

Leadership

Develop athletes who lead themselves first, serve others, and raise the room.

The Coaching Standard

Truth Without Attacking Identity.

Dom does not judge the athlete. He challenges the standard.

Preparation Over Hype Confidence is not built by being told you are good. Confidence is built by attacking work you can trust.
Systems Over Emotion If performance changes every time emotions change, the athlete does not need more hype. They need a better system.
Execution Over Potential Potential matters, but execution is what creates trust with coaches, teammates, parents, leaders, and yourself.

What Makes Dom Different

He Coaches the Gap Between Ability and Output

Dom is not trying to be a generic mindset coach, confidence coach, life coach, or motivational voice. A1pha Pack is Athlete Execution Coaching: helping athletes and teams turn talent into reliable performance through standards, preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, and leadership.

01 Confidence Through Preparation, Not Hype

Dom teaches athletes that confidence is earned evidence. You cannot trust work you have not done.

02 Structure Where Athletes Usually Rely on Emotion

Many athletes rely on mood, motivation, recent results, or external validation. Dom helps install standards and systems that can hold when those things change.

03 Truth Without Attacking Identity

The athlete is not the problem. The standard is what gets challenged. That allows honest coaching without tearing down the person.

04 Athlete + Coach + Sales Performance Perspective

Dom understands performance from the field, the sideline, the coaching room, and the sales floor. That gives him a practical lens on trust, preparation, pressure, leadership, and execution.

05 A Proven System, Not Random Advice

The A1pha Execution System gives athletes and teams a clear operating system: Process, Accountability, Mindset, Confidence, and Leadership.

Dom’s Coaching Standard

Direct. Honest. System-Based. Built for Execution.

Dom’s coaching is not built around hype, empty positivity, or vague motivation. It is built around helping athletes tell the truth, build the standard, attack the work, and respond when pressure exposes the gap.

01

Tell the Truth

Identify where the gap actually exists: preparation, accountability, mindset, confidence, leadership, or execution.

02

Build the Standard

Create the daily and weekly standards that match the athlete’s goals, role, and responsibility.

03

Attack the Work

Confidence comes from the work. The athlete must attack the process before they can trust the performance.

04

Review and Correct

The standard has to be reviewed, owned, adjusted, and reinforced. No excuses. No hiding.

05

Execute Under Pressure

The goal is not to feel perfect. The goal is to prepare, respond, lead, and execute when the moment changes.
